About minc mason

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Minc Mason was attracted to sewing at an early age. He began to learn his craft through Fashion Design and Construction Courses as well as Costuming at Paseo Academy of Fine and Performing Arts and Manual High School in Kansas City. After briefly attending design school at American Intercontinental University in Weston, Fl he quickly realized that in this line of work, on-the-job experience is by far the best teacher of all. Over the next several years, Mason explored many different sewing endeavors which led to the cultivation of the products he designs and constructs today. Minc Mason has opened his very own design studio (Studio 3 by Minc Mason) in downtown Kansas City. Studio 3 specializes in the construction of many different mediums ranging from custom bags, car/boat/furniture upholstery, and apparel. Even though proficiently skilled in the auto/home upholstery services, having worked with clients such as "South Beach Classics" and many other high-end vintage car dealers, his love for fashion always seemed to prevail above all else. Over time he has accumulated a quality clientele of professional athletes, fashion influencers, and entertainers. Mason is currently focusing his efforts on cultivating a youth program to mentor students on manufacturing, product design, and construction.
